Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside of our control. If your order is delayed, we’ll do everything we can to help track it down.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

Lemon Drop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, but we’ll assist you with filing a claim when possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the reship fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
